Our policy allows for a 7-day window for exchanges and replacements, encompassing the following key elements:

1. Defected or Damaged Product
2. If you receive the wrong Product

Our customers will also have the option of getting their damaged or defected product exchanged with a different product. In this type of scenario the difference of the cost of products must be dealt by the Customer and shipping cost will be dealt by Seller.

NOTE
We understand that sometimes personal preferences can lead to a desire to exchange a product. In such cases, we would like to clarify that there will be a nominal fee of Rs500 for exchange. Please note that slight variations between the product and the images on our website may occur due to photography.
